Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Joss app and this website. Joss is provided by Harbourfront Capital Management Pte Ltd (UEN 202122787C), Singapore ("we", "us"). By using Joss, you agree to these terms.
1. What Joss does
Joss is an AI assistant that can read information you allow it to use, suggest actions, and carry out tasks for you, such as filling in forms on websites, drafting emails and adding calendar events.
2. You stay in control
- AI can make mistakes. Check what Joss prepares before you approve it.
- Joss asks for your approval before sending, buying, deleting or changing plans. You are responsible for the actions you approve, including purchases and bookings.
- Don't rely on Joss for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.
3. Third-party services
Bookings, purchases and other transactions are made between you and the website or service provider concerned (for example an airline, hotel or shop). Their terms, prices, cancellation rules and privacy policies apply. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for those services.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Joss to break the law, to access accounts or systems you are not allowed to use, to harass anyone, or to interfere with Joss or the services it connects to.
5. AI usage and your own keys
Joss includes a free monthly allowance of AI usage, which we may change. If you use your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that account and its charges.
6. Fees
Joss is free to download. If we offer paid features, they will be sold through the App Store or Google Play, and that store's purchase terms will apply.
7. Ownership
We own the Joss app, name and website. Content you create with Joss belongs to you.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Joss is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that Joss will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from actions you approved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. App stores
These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Neither is responsible for Joss or its content. If you downloaded Joss from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Joss at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you in the app.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
